Rise and Fall

Thames Wharf

The day traversed.
Morning; plans are made and lunch –
We’re half way through day,
But not the plans.

Evening and the day is rounding now
With fish and chips on our wharf.
Time, laughter, colour of a conversation.

The things undone
In a pot at the end of a rainbow somewhere
The tide rises, falls
Tomorrow another day
